- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Experience with SQL or equivalent programming language.

- Experience working with Google Ads products.
- Ability to work, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with management and product teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and technical initiatives.

The Product and Sales Activation team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small to Medium Business advertisers around the world from large mid-market companies to local shops served by the Google Customer Solutions Business. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive Google Customer Solutions advertiser success and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Own incentives deployment for Search and performance max campaign.
- Manage the relationship with Global Product Solutions on the specific product areas.
- Understand business requirement documents and timelines and own creation.
- Translate Go-To-Market strategy defined by product Global Product Lead to viable metrics and offerings design.
- Guide signal validation, including understanding of Google Analytics Front End implications.
