• Location: 5 days on site/week in Scottsdale, AZ 85256 (may be flexible after a month or so)

Job Description:

· The candidate must have recent PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.2 is a must) and have a great understanding, with implementation, production support, maintenance, testing, training with one of the modules below: It is not necessary to have all 4 of the modules.

o Core HR

o Time & Labor

o Payroll

o Benefits Administration

· An understanding of HCM Security, AWE (Approval Workflow), Activity Guides, Enterprise Components would be great.

· Soft skills we are looking at: great collaboration and communication skills, self-learning capabilities, initiative, customer service (so for this one, working on production support, troubleshooting customer-reported issues is a must
