Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our core people programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. This role is key to advancing our strategic goals and ensuring legal compliance across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CPO and leadership team to build organizational capability and align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide HR guidance to our non-exempt workforce, optimizing structure, systems, and processes.
- Lead the talent acquisition process to attract and secure top talent.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement company-wide programs for employee engagement, culture building, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Leverage HRIS and data analytics for process improvements and informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate employment records and reports, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly with a non-exempt workforce; experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a matrixed environment with the ability to consult across various stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS applications.
- Ability to travel regularly and work in a hybrid environment.

Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $120,000.00
