Pega Developer Location: Washington, DC Work Type: Onsite Remote Work: No Description Gridiron IT is looking to hire a Pega Developer to support a government program.
Responsibilities - Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Pega 8 platform.
- Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
- Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment - Will be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer - Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Pega Development experience - Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) - Pega 8 experience - Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience - Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise Professional Skill Requirements - Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Desire to work in an information systems environment - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $40-58 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.) Benefits: Gridiron offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), disability & ADD insurance, life and pet insurance to eligible employees.
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Gridiron’s benefits programs.
