Pediatric Social Worker - Ambulatory Care Network - Weill Cornell - Days
We are seeking a Social Worker for our Outpatient Pediatric clinic that includes the following programs:
Teen Mothers
Adolescent Health
Health for Life (focus on eating disorders)
COMPASS (gender-affirming care)
The Pediatric/Adolescent Social Worker will utilize clinical skills to forge meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Position involves a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to biopsychosocial assessments, short-term counseling, risk assessment and treatment planning, crisis interventions, outreach/referrals to community providers, and other case management services.
The social worker must work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team.
Position may involve work across the entire Pediatric/Adolescent and Women’s Health Practice depending on need.
Social worker will be responsible for seeing patients virtually and in-person.
This is a dayshift, Monday to Friday position.
Preferred Criteria
Experience working with pregnant teens
Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients
Experience working with Pediatric clients
Experience in a busy outpatient setting
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
Required Criteria
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
New York State License as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary Range:
$82,500-$105,000/Annual
