Inspire Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our pediatric physical therapy team as a Program Director overseeing our infant/toddler and elementary programs. Position Summary: The Program Director is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for infants (0 to 5 years of age), as well as building program awareness through outreach and marketing to the community and to local health professionals. In addition, the Program Director is responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures in compliance with the regulations and best practices in physical therapy.
Responsibilities:
50-75% Patient Care:
- Independently conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for infants/toddlers using testing and clinical observations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient's functional potential or previous level of functioning based on clinical findings.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, range of motion, and age-appropriate tasks.
- Provide 1:1 therapy session, ensuring a focused and personalized approach to rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and establish home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatric physical therapy and implement evidence-based practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Assist children with gross motor development and set short- and long-term goals.
- Educate and train parents to support their child's therapy journey.
25-50% Program Development and Marketing:
- Participate in marketing and educational resource development.
- Network in the community with providers.
- Build the program and awareness through outreach, marketing/social media campaigns to the community and the local health professionals to drive patients to Inspire PT.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in physical therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
- Valid CPR Certification
- 5 to 8-years pediatric (age 0-5) physical therapy experience
- Knowledgeable with Prompt EMR medical information system, a plus.
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Experience in a clinic setting and familiarity with assessment tools and techniques

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within the Inspire Physical Therapy team.
- Passionate about working with newborns, infants and toddlers.
- Able to demonstrate patience, empathy and enthusiasm.
Schedule:
- Typical working schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
- At least one Saturday per month
- At least day per week with late closing (7pm)
Note:this schedule and may change from time to time based on the business needs to support our patients and their families.
Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods of time, repetitive movements, lifting various sized weights (up to 25-pounds), sitting on the floor, bending/squatting.

Compensation: The expected hourly rate for this non-exempt position is $42.00 to $52.00, plus benefits (for full-time employees). Inspire Physical Therapy considers a variety of factors when determining compensation, including experience and qualifications.
