• Total Beds: 59
• Daily Admissions: 12% of ED patients
• Daily Transfers: 0.2% of ED patients
• Fast Track Volume: 40% of total ED
• Staffing: MDs and APPs in Fast Track; 23 ED physicians
• ED Features: Fast track, admission orders by ED staff, no house code responses
• Supervision: Required for APPs and residents
• Documentation: EPIC

Clinical Details:

• Trauma Care: Level I center
• Transfer Coordination: DCH communication center; local EMS and air transport available
• Specialist Support: Critical care, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, gastroenterology, pediatric, neuro, and ortho surgery
• Radiology: 24/7 CT, MRI, X-ray
• Laboratory: 24-hour services
• Blood Bank: AABB certified
• Surgical Services: Neuro and ortho available
