- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Generate and submit Certified payroll reports for each job and provide them to contractors on a weekly basis
- Verify timekeeping reports and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage 2 direct reports
Requirements:
- 6+ years of payroll experience within the construction industry is required
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Familiar with ADP, Paychex, SAGE
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required especially with formulas for analysis.
- Strong communication skills and follow-up abilities is required
