Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• 2+ years of payroll or related experience.
• Prior experience with payroll software is a plus and proficiency with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
• Strong organizational skills, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
