Payroll Specialist - Vaco, LLC

Location: Addison, TX - 4 days in office
Compensation: $80-90K
One of Vaco's publicly traded clients is looking for a UKG expert to add to the team! Great benefits package including 401k match, stock compensation, and on-site cafe.
Responsibilities:
Multi-location payroll processing for hourly, salaried employees
New hires, benefits, deductions, garnishments, adjustments in payroll system
Assist with software implementation, establishing best practices and improvements for the team
Utilize advanced UKG system knowledge to streamline and improve payroll processing and reporting across multiple locations
Payroll reporting, automation and trend analysis
Work with HR and accounting teams for payroll reporting and audits
Communicate frequently with locations to ensure accuracy of payroll issues
Qualifications:
5+ years of high-volume payroll experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, preferred
Advanced payroll systems experience, UKG required
Expertise in Excel required
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with multiple deadlines effectively
