Payroll Analyst

Location: On-Site Boston 

Compensation: $32-$36 per hour ( some stretch DOE )

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Payroll, the Payroll Analyst will focus primarily on Student Payroll data. Key responsibilities include investigating, auditing, and reconciling master data, ensuring the accuracy of payments, taxation, and withholdings. This role is integral to the University. The Analyst will develop reports, assist with data integration, and collaborate across departments to address payroll-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead master data investigation, auditing, and reconciliation for Student Payroll.
• Collaborate with finance and administrative staff to resolve data-related issues.
• Develop and implement reports and processes to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk with accurate data handling.

Qualifications:

• Strong payroll and accounting knowledge with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
