POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk processes accounts payable invoices, PO invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Assists in processing of Payroll submission through the company payroll system, as well as Time-Off Balances management and Expense Reporting. Performs general accounting duties and assists the North American Controller and Director of Finance and Accounting as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a high school diploma. Minimum 3 years accounting and two years payroll experience. Good communication skills and business acumen. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software applications. Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines, if necessary.
