We are seeking a motivated payroll executive that exhibits the strong drive, communication skills, and detail orientation necessary to succeed in being the first point of contact for client payroll inquiries on the phone, through e-mail, or in person. With over 40 years of combined experience in the fields of payroll, workers' compensation, employee benefits, and human resources, iBusinessSolutions offers the opportunity for representatives to earn the trust and respect of local businesses while building a solid career with a local company. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, goal-oriented, focused, and success driven, and we will provide comprehensive training to ensure that our candidates are well-equipped and prepared in our business market.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Processing client payroll
- Accurately recording and punctually entering client payrolls
- Providing excellent customer service to retain and build solid working relationships with clients
- Entering client data
- Completing office tasks as needed
- Participating in departmental projects and initiatives
We are seeking candidates that possess the following qualifications:
- Multi-tasking ability
- Self-motivation
- Strong attention to detail
- Team attitude
- Appropriate phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to quick environments
- Time management
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll tax preferred
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday
