About the Job
Title: Payor Access Strategy Associate
Duration: 6 month contract (extension and conversion options are possible)
Type: Hybrid:-Onsite in Ridgefield, CT 2 days per week
Non Negotiable Minimum Requirements:
1) Payors/payor access marketing experience
2) Experience with access specific topics regards to PBMs, national accounts or health systems
3) Pricing and contracting
4) Education: Bachelors Degree
**HEOR experience is a plus**

- Strong clinical, health economic or scientific knowledge;
- Market Access external access and reimbursement landscape knowledge, development and implementation of strategy and resources for National/Payor accounts;
- Demonstrated ability to create and drive strategy;
- Track record of successfully defining market challenges and opportunities and developing successful marketing campaigns.
