• 1-3 years of related experience including call center

Job Summary/Description:

• 1-3 years of exp required.
• Call Center experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
• Temp to perm potential which would offer a hybrid schedule if converted to perm.
