We are seeking a full time Patient Service Representative for our busy Brooklyn Ophthalmology practice.
This position requires ensuring that each patient's visit goes smoothly by keeping them updated and assisting them as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
- A high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical and administrative staff.
- Ability to work well independently and be detailed-oriented, but also interact well with a team.
- Occasional travel to other locations
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Mondays - Fridays
