Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Excellence: Efficiently manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and handling phone inquiries.
- Patient Engagement: Warmly greet patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
- Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow and an excellent patient experience.
- Insurance Handling: Assist patients with insurance matters, accurately process claims, and facilitate billing procedures.
- Communication: Effectively communicate treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions to patients.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA, to maintain a safe and confidential environment.
Qualifications:
- Dental Office Experience is preferred (Knowledge of dental software such as Open Dental is a plus)
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and maintain order in a busy front desk setting.
- Ability to Multitask: Navigate a fast-paced office environment, transitioning between check-in and check-out duties efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious work atmosphere.
