Job Description Summary
Responsible for equipping and leading the teams of grill cooks, cashiers, line servers, and catering. This includes training, coaching the team members to meet their goals and responsibilities of their jobs. Leads other teams operations in the absence of their team manager or the department director.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or GED. Progressive supervisory experience in a health related field. Good leadership skills. Background in Customer Service with shift responsibilities. Basic knowledge of computer keyboard, word and excel programs. Regular contacts with all levels of medical center personnel, the public, delivery persons, and patients to provide food service and exchange information. Ability to communicate well with in these groups. Experience to reflect the ability to work well with others. Shift Flexibility
LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and follow spoken and / or written instructions in English as would normally be achieved with 12 years of schooling.
SKILLS:
Ability and stamina to work well with others in close quarters while meeting tight time schedules. Manual dexterity and motor coordination are required to handle dishes, serve food and trays efficiently, and to work with various cleaning supplies.
3. Ability to move, transport food, carts, equipment and supplies.
