Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
- inventory, setup and prep for station
- maintain clean, sanitary and organized work area.
- prepare, taste and compose menu items.
- assist co-workers when necessary or instructed.
- maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
- detailed cleaning of station areas
- consistent communication with Chef's
Additional responsibilities may be required.
