Job description
Job Type: Full-time - 40-50 hrs. per week as required
Schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturday’s as needed on rotation
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Duties:
- Receive and process parts orders from customers, service department, and sales department
- Utilize CDK business system and CNH Portal to accurately enter and track parts orders
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, assisting with cycle counts, and placing orders as required
- Coordinate with suppliers to get pricing and place orders as needed
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries or concerns related to parts orders
- Collaborate with the service department to identify and source necessary parts for repairs
- Perform other duties assigned by parts manager
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a parts specialist role within an agricultural/construction or related industry preferred
- Knowledge of ag/construction repairs, manuals and processes is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management and supply chain operations
- Proficient in data entry and utilizing computer systems for inventory management and parts research
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
Other Duties Include:
Attending training seminars and meetings. Completing administrative paperwork, delivering parts as needed, helping to maintain the dealership's cleanliness and presentability, securing the building at the end of each workday, and assisting with and or training less experienced staff.
