Who We Want
The Partner Success Manager will be the point of contact for our Partner firms and will represent Carson Group to ensure their experience with service and support is top tier and exceeds expectations. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to ensure their needs are met and all requests are executed timely. Assist with technical issue resolution, business reporting; and provide training in-person or remotely about applications ensuring the best possible user experience addressing any issues or service complaints and resolving to their satisfaction.
Coordination of work, projects, training of office staff, and on-going development of improved operational procedures is also required. The Partner Relationship Manager must be able to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently and will be responsible for each project’s objectives and oversee quality and timely completion.
What To Expect
- Be the lead contact for Carson Group Partner (CGP) offices after their transformation is complete.
- Be a participant during the transformation of a Partner office so they are familiar with and know the stakeholders before they go live at Carson
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members as needed to assist with requests.
- Work closely with training to make sure that existing CGP offices are getting the training that is needed.
- Work with custodian partners to keep up to date on any new developments or rule changes that need to be communicated out to Partners.
- Be an active participant with the development team to help build out processes and training for the CGP clients.
- Assist with customer business application issues over the phone, e-mail, or in-person.
- Interact and collaborate with Carson Group’s teams to design and implement new uses for business application to resolve service requests.
- Gather feedback from personnel to enhance performance of systems and end-user experiences.
- Support development and delivery of software application training to end users.
What You Need
- Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, SalesForce, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills and advocate for Partners

Preferred Education and Experience
- 3 years of experience in the financial industry is preferred
- Two-year degree or two years of customer service experience or technical support; education and experience equal to two years
- Proficiency in computer technologies including mobile devices and software applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Portfolio Account Software, and Document Management Systems preferred.
