Salary:
$20 - $21/ hour

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Part-Time Warehouse Assistant is to support the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse by assisting with the receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of goods. This role involves performing routine warehouse tasks such as inventory management, order picking, packing, labeling, and ensuring that all items are stored and handled in compliance with safety standards. The Warehouse Assistant will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and contributing to the overall success of warehouse operations.
Duties:

Package and ship orders quickly and accurately
Assist with inventory maintenance and physical count
Receiving of inbound freight
Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily in accordance with FDA regulations
Janitorial duties, as assigned
Special projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Punctual with excellent attendance and reliable transportation.
Must have demonstrated excellent attention to detail AND ability to follow directions
Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. frequently
A positive and flexible attitude with the desire to work is a MUST!
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as assigned
Self-motivated, quick learner
Ability to work well within the team

Working Conditions:

Warehouse/Office environment.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday hours TBD (4-5 hours per day between 7am – 4pm).

Position Classification and Benefits:

Hourly, part time, non-exempt
Begin accruing sick time on day one with no waiting period to use it.
