SHOWROOM LIASON ASSISTANT – PART-TIME

THE ROLE: 
We are looking for a showroom liaison for our beautiful Oakbrook location, conveniently located across from the mall. In this role, you'll engage with customers, address their questions, plan events, schedule designer appointments, and help oversee the showroom.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with clients (via phone, online, and in person) to welcome them to Inspired Closets, understand their interests, and answer their questions.
• Coordinate with the designers to schedule consultations.
• Update and maintain the client relationship management system.
• Track and maintain essential client data.
• Assist and support the Sales Manager and design team.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed.
• Prepare and support showroom marketing and networking events
• Keep the showroom clean and organized, ensuring displays are brand-appropriate and presentable.
• Stock and replenish the showroom, including samples, marketing materials, and snacks.

Job Type: 

• Part-time: 18-24 hours per week
• Must work Saturday
• Business Casual attire required

Compensation based on experience.
