Position: Night Auditor

Responsibilities




Key Responsibilities:



+ Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.


+ Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.


+ Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.


+ Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.


+ Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.



What We’re Looking For:



+ Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.


+ Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.


+ Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.


+ Attributes: Friendly service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
