Part Time Member Development Representative - IAA Credit Union - Country Financial - Corporate

About the Job
Provides phone support in our Service Center to assist IAA Credit Union members with all products and services offered.
This position is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL five days per week.
How does a Member Development Representative make an impact?
- Provides service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
- Researches and solves member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts.
- Cross-sellsIAACUproducts and services to incoming callers to meet individual, departmental and organizational goals.
- Accurately and efficiently processes financial transactions (e.g., account transfers,loanand credit card payments).
- Serves as primary contact forIAACUtoassistmembers with all e-commerce requests/transactions through the Service Center.
- Cross-trained to provideassistanceand backup to Plastic Card Department.
- Assistsin processing consumer loan applications by phone and providing follow-up outbound product calls and rate quotes as assigned.
- Maintains current, comprehensive knowledge of credit union products and services and Service Center policies,proceduresand regulations.
- Mayassistwith marketing campaigns, as assigned.
Do you have what we're looking for?
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous experience answering calls in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours. (Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays are needed)
- Previous banking or credit union experience helpful but not required.
- This joboperatesin a credit union environment.
- Regularlycommunicateswith andinteractswith others, and routinelyusesstandard office equipment such as computers, phones, calculators,scannersand copy machines.
- Regularlyworksdaytime and Saturday hours (on rotating basis) with occasional overtime.
- Occasional, short periodic or overnight travel toparticipatein meetings orspecial events.
- This is an intermediate level support role, which typically requires 1+ years of relevant experience.
