About the Job
EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, has an immediate opening for a part-time administrative assistant (20-30 hours per week) based out of Woods Cross, UT. The successful applicant will provide day-to-day administrative, clerical, and data entry support for EPC Services' Operations Team. Under general supervision, this position will report directly to the Operations Initiatives Manager, will provide a combination of comprehensive administrative and data entry support to ensure efficient operation of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, 2 years of related experience or combination of education and experience; preference given to experience in the construction management industry. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, highly organized, and detail oriented a must. Proficiency of a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), SharePoint and Egnyte software. Must be a self-starter and a team player. Successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking, is subject to EPC Services' auto insurance carrier requirements. Salary commensurate with experience and education.
