Part Time Admin Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F, 20-25 hours between 8am-5pm (flexible)
• Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour

Part Time Admin Job Description:

• Process and manage invoices, timesheets, expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and check requests
• Maintain project documentation, manage COIs, add companies to Deltek, and handle W9s, prequalifications, reps/certs, and billable job tasks
• Oversee EZPass transponders, vehicle records and payments, accounts receivable for Hampton Roads, employee badging, and hotel reservations
• Manage incoming mail, stock and reorder supplies, and maintain vehicle usage logs
• Assist new hires with documentation, orientation, and general support

Part Time Admin Job Requirements:

• Administrative Experience
• Ability to be flexible with hours
• Professional, good computer and communications skills
