Position Details

• Work Hours: 20-28 hours per week, depending on workload.
• Schedule: Flexible, Monday through Thursday, 100% on-site.

• Perform administrative duties, including expense reporting and shipping logistics.
• Manage ordering of office supplies, kitchen supplies, and electronic lab materials.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Concur and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and previous administrative experience.
• Ability to support a small team (approximately 20 people).
