Part Time Administrative Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, a higher education institution in Boston is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is running for approximately the next 11 months, as is compensating $22.50 an hour. The part time schedule will be working 14 hours a week with a hybrid structure. This position will entail duties such as assisting with various communication needs, presentations, and data management. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Booking space when program team is not available
• Assisting with the communications plan for all programs (sending faculty articles to CEO list)
• Assisting with presentations (creating templates/layout/formatting/running reports)
• Assisting with communications to collect testimonials
• Assisting with campus visits for key clients
• Assisting with Salesforce data management
• Assisting with research and assembly of 12-15-page in-depth research reports on each attendee of workshops
• Coordinating with other teams to prepare, edit, and produce faculty binders
• Assisting with the preparation of slides for faculty for their respective sessions
• Coordinating with faculty and EAs to schedule teaching group meetings, preworkshop interviews, and follow-up interviews
