Client Overview

Our client, an educational institute, is seeking a Part – Time Receptionist to work 2 – 3 days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work limited hours or get back into the workforce.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr

Position Overview:

The Part – Time Receptionist will work 2 – 3 days a week when the Office Manager is out of the office. They will be responsible for various clerical tasks as well as general office operation duties. The Part – Time Receptionist will be working various shifts but must be available to work onsite for the following shifts: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Candidates must be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities of the Part – Time Receptionist:

Open/close the office.
Stock and maintain the kitchen.
Sign for UPS and FedEx deliveries.
Create labels and pick-ups for outgoing packages.
Check office supply inventory.
Schedule building maintenance as needed.

Qualifications for the Part – Time Receptionist:

Flexible and can-do attitude.
Able to work 2 – 3 times a week from Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Willing to learn.
Reliable transportation as this is an onsite position.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
