Paralegal - Estate Planning + Trust & Probate Administration

Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated paralegal looking to excel in a collaborative environment? Our law firm specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration, and we're seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Certified Paralegal under California BPC § 6450.
• At least 3 years of recent experience in estate planning, trust administration, or probate administration.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. (Mac experience is a plus!)

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Self-motivated and thrives both independently and in a team setting.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a tactful, client-centered approach.
• Superior grammar, proofreading, and English composition skills.
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM.
• A notary public commission is a plus but not required.

Your Role:

• Manage case files and provide support to estate planning and asset protection attorneys.
• Draft, edit, format, and proofread legal documents with precision.
• Prepare and send correspondence.
• Maintain communication with clients and address their inquiries as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic files per firm standards.
