About the Job
Olsten Staffing is seeking a Paralegal for a well-established law firm specializing in civil litigation, with a focus on construction defect cases. We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced paralegal to join our growing construction defect litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with a passion for construction law to work with experienced attorneys on complex and high-stakes legal matters.
Responsibilities:
• Case Management
• Discovery Support
• Document Preparation
• Legal Research
• Expert Coordination
• Deposition and Trial Support
Education & Experience
• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal education required.
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on construction defect litigation or similar areas of civil litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction defect laws and building codes is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency with case management software
• Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, experts, and colleagues.
Certifications:
Paralegal certification
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay would be based on experience $19 - $24 per hour.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
