Job Title: Panel Builder / Production Operator

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wiring, switches, and electrical components.
• Install and repair electrical wiring in residential and commercial settings.
• Install lighting fixtures and other electrical devices.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical assembly or panel building preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
