Qualifications:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Must be flexible and the ability to adopt to changes in the work place
High School Diploma or GED required
Proper execution of recycling used cardboard
Exceptional math skills to advise accurate count of pieces
Must be willing to work individually or with a team in the warehouse
Good physical condition
Capable of reading and reviewing pick slips along with assembly plans and instructions
PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiar with safety standards for manufacturing environment, including OSHA regulations
Familiar with Infor LN system
License and Certification to operate heavy machinery, such as Forklift

Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY
A dependable packaging and assembly operator who can provide accurate mathematical and assembly skills. Assist with the application of material onto products to complete orders. Must pay attention to details, as well as following instructions precisely, along with double-checking work before completing task. Responsible for the follow through of the up keep of the packing and assembly department in a clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Ability to use standard equipment such as basic hand tools
Ensure accurate count of completed tasks
Communicated with co-workers and managers to guarantee proper packing and assembly of products/material
Ability to interpret written instructions, assembly plans and be an active thinker
Report any quality issues or equipment defects to direct supervisor
Proficiency in creating and applying the correct labels on completed stock and material
Maintain housekeeping of packaging and assembly department to ensure a clean, orderly and hazard free environment
Performs other related duties as assigned
