Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will work under the supervision of physical therapists to deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments geared towards improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing the overall well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and have a genuine desire to help others achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Midland Care’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: Full Time | Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: starting at $25+/hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications
Required: Certification as physical therapy assistant in the state of Kansas. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. One year of professional experience required, minimum one year experience working with the frail and elderly population, home care or geriatric experience.
Preferred: One year of professional experience in home care or geriatric setting.
