Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated PTA to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in patient assessments and treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities.
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques.
• Qualifications:
  • Licensed PTA in NH.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a SNF setting preferred.
