Location: CareerSource Broward, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Employment Status: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Your Role:
- Leadership and Management:
- Oversee and manage federal and state-funded workforce development programs, including WTP, SNAP EBT, and special grants.
- Guide and support program staff to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Conduct site visits, provide training, and maintain ongoing communication with staff.
- Analyze performance data and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Represent CSBD in resolving client issues and handling disputes.
- Stay current on program regulations and share expertise with staff.
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local entities to ensure compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to drive program success.
- Participate in agency-wide improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in job counseling, social work, or relevant system development and coordination.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to use state workforce development databases and conduct internet research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of WTP and SNAP regulations and case management procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with local economic conditions, social service agencies, and geography
