Qualifications:

• Board certification in Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, or other relevant specialties.
• Must hold or have pending licensure in one of our states (FL, TX, IL, GA, AZ, CO) or a compact state license.
• Vein or vascular experience .
• DEA license required prior to start.
