As an Occupational Therapist on Our Team, You Will:

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Supervise Assistant and Aide staff according to board guidelines
• Design and create splints per physician's prescriptions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance residents’ functional abilities
• Apply therapeutic exercises to support strength, range of motion, and motor coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• At least one year of experience (preferred)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Current licensure in good standing with the state board
