As an Occupational Therapist on Our Team, You Will:
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Supervise Assistant and Aide staff according to board guidelines
- Design and create splints per physician's prescriptions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance residents’ functional abilities
- Apply therapeutic exercises to support strength, range of motion, and motor coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- At least one year of experience (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Current licensure in good standing with the state board
