PR Operations & Equipment Coordinator with Security Clearance - USmax Corporation

About the Job
USmax Corporation is seeking a PR Operations & Equipment Coordinator to join our team. The role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the logistics of assigned Security and PR training programs, working closely with the PR Program Coordinator and the Senior Training Specialist. The individual must demonstrate the capability to provide technical support, equipment integration, and management techniques to identify emerging requirements for security and PR training initiatives, as well as demonstrated experience of ordering and maintaining related equipment and supplies. Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and implement PR program operations initiatives, in coordination with the PR Program Coordinator and PR Communications Coordinator, including: * Mission-specific PRO programs, except for communications equipment.
* Training Specialists' statistics, including courses taught and annual travel percentage.
* Information Technology (IT).
* Evaluation metrics.
* Select interagency liaison activities. * Plan and coordinate travel and training event preparations for Security and PR Training Specialists conducting training events worldwide.
* Conduct Team Leader responsibilities during mobile training team events, as delegated by the PR Program Coordinator. * Deliver training, Supervise Training Specialists
* Draft reports * Execute processes and procedures for PR operations liaison activities.
* Execute processes and procedures for procurement, inventory, and maintenance of PR, medical, and associated training equipment and supplies, including Personnel Survival Kits (PSK), and Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK).
Required Qualifications: * Experience in developing advanced, tactical training, procedures, and programs. PR training experience is preferred but not required. Military, first responder, or other comprehensive training experience in a government or civilian capacity may be substituted.
* Experience in developing course curricula and training materials and aids.
* Proven instructor experience as well as the ability to train other instructors.
* Ability to measure achievement of learning objectives and conduct program and course evaluation.
* Experience conducting practical training applications and program assessment
* Must have and maintain a valid U.S Passport.
Required Experience * Minimum three years' experience in the management of teams and training programs.
* Minimum two years' specialized experience in developing, coordinating, and overseeing a training program.
* Demonstrated experience ordering and maintaining security related equipment and supplies.
Required Education * High School Diploma.
Security Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. Work Location / Schedule: * When not deployed, this position requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site at the client location in Springfield, VA. Telework is generally authorized for 2 days per week. Travel Requirements: * This position requires international travel, on a short-term TDY basis.
