- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in our elegant fine dining restaurant
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, grace, and attentiveness
- Offer detailed menu descriptions, provide recommendations, and guide guests through a memorable dining experience
- Ensure flawless order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
- Display expertise in wine pairing and confidently make suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and spirits
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
