What You Will Do In Your Role
- Knowledge share, coordinate, and communicate effectively to all levels
- Work independently or as a team with maintenance technicians and management
- Demonstrate effective and logical troubleshooting skills
- Understand and use data to improve productivity
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assist crew members and work in team environment
- Be willing to work in a hot, humid, cold, noisy, dusty manufacturing environment
Who You Are
- Advanced PLC programming skills (Allen-Bradley PLC 5 & Contrologix experience required)
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain plant network systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, configure and repair all types of PLCs & HMIs
- Ability to troubleshoot, configure and install AC drives
- Ability to troubleshoot, configure and install process instruments
- Able to read assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts
- Extensive PLC controls programming background to include servo experience, networked PLCs, and analog control
- HMI programming background to build new or modify existing HMIs on a variety of platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge proficiency with AutoCAD
- Two (2) year degree in a technical related field
