Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes within a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Round out accounts by offering and selling additional personal lines coverages or policies.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their objectives.
- Develop quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Must currently possess a Property & Casualty license
- Team Player for a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Prior proven work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
