This Outsourced Staff Accountant will be responsible for various Staff Accounting duties across multiple Clients simultaneously, including general ledger account entries, reconciling accounts, reporting and correcting errors, and preparing clients’ documentation for stakeholders and auditors. Other responsibilities for this Staff Accountant will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports in accordance with accounting standards, and creating client presentations. The ideal Outsourced Staff Accountant will have strong analytical skills, able to multitask, prioritize, and work well both independently and as part of team.
The successful Outsourced Staff Accountant candidate must be technologically savvy, proactive, highly analytical, and have a positive attitude with fantastic communication skills. This position requires the ability to manage several tasks and clients concurrently, while setting precedence on time management and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent accounting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work well with external Clients and internal departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 1+ year experience in accounting field, including internships
