About the Job
Our client, LRE Foundation Repair, a leader in foundation and concrete repair in Florida is looking for an Outside Sales Representative. They are seeking a dynamic sales professional who will be driven by helping homeowners with a permanent solution for their concrete and foundation repair needs.
In this role you will consult with customers on pre-scheduled appointments, diagnose their home's foundation and concrete issues and provide long-term solutions to fix their home and provide them peace of mind. This is a high paying career where you can do work that you are truly proud of.

- Drive to customers’ homes to meet for pre-scheduled appointments (No cold-calling or door knocking required).
- Build rapport with the customer and determine their desired outcomes.
- Carefully examine the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues and provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues. Completes the sale with the customer. Timely completion of all paperwork/data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment.
- Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved.
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience.
- Meet or exceed his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead.
- Attends weekly sales meetings and other required meetings.
- Be an ambassador for the company’s culture and purpose.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable and confident with transitioning to a 100% commission-based salary following the completion of training.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required - the comprehensive training program will provide the foundation that you need to succeed.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
