What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
• Develop tailored packaging solutions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
• Stay on top of industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets while managing a robust pipeline.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in in-person sales, ideally in packaging, corrugated materials, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of packaging trends and a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Salary + Benefits

Salary: $100,000-$110,000

Commission: 5% of top line sales

Benefits: 401K, full health care, PTO
