MTS Pro Services is a top-tier Mac fleet management company. We are one of only three independent Jamf Elite Partners in the United States. We have decades of experience managing and supporting fleets of Macs. We’ve built a great product and need more clients for the team to support. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a self-motivated salesperson to find customers who need our great services and close those deals.
Position Summary:
This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative responsible for finding new clients for MTS Pro Services. The outside sales representative will seek out new clients, conduct sales presentations, and build relationships all while maintaining specific sales metrics and keeping meticulous records using a CRM. To be considered for this role, you must have a confident, professional presence both in person and over the phone. A technical background is not required for this position, but great sales skills are a must! The perfect candidate for this job is comfortable with a compensation package that includes base plus incentive pay centered around encouraging long term client retention and growth. Expectations & Required Experience:
- Proven work experience in Sales

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Ability to create and deliver sales presentations
- Experience using a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, research, networking and emails
- Manage sales and technical resources to close business efficiently
- Coordinate projects, Statements Of Work, and Agreements with Project Manager and clearly communicate client expectations
- Build and maintain sales pipelines
- Attend Sales Meetings and be able to report on existing sales opportunities, projected wins, and projected margin totals for the month
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Achieve defined sales and growth targets
- Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies.
- Attend client meetings with the Sales Team to provide technical knowledge and sales support as needed.
- Help department further refine and develop best practices
- Perform other job related duties as needed.

Salary: $80k-100k/annually including commission ($50k base)
