Outside Sales Representative – Kansas City, MO
Scope and Key Functions:
- Managing assigned customer accounts and customer relationships in the assigned geography.
- Active sales calls to construction and industrial company offices as well as construction jobsites.
- Responsible for growing rental sales in the assigned business area, also responsible for selling Duke Rentals equipment and services in the area.
- Selling in a branch team environment and maintaining a high level of communication with other sales team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Prior equipment rental sales preferred.
- Energetic and enthusiastic early morning person.
- Self-starter and organized to effectively manage their sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance from the area sales manager.
- Results oriented with strong execution skills.
- Good communication skills: both written and verbal.
- College education preferred or equivalent experience.
- Good working computer knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry a definite asset.
Reporting:
- Reports to through the local Branch Manager to the Sales Manager.

- Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5 PM
