Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, wholesalers, and distributors by conducting regular in-person visits, understanding their business needs, and positioning our products effectively.
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies to promote products, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
Product Presentation: Educate clients on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages; ensure displays are organized and comply with branding guidelines.
Market Insights: Gather and report information on market trends, competitive products, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Territory Planning: Develop a schedule to cover the assigned territory efficiently, prioritizing accounts based on potential and the company’s strategic goals.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and promotional materials adhere to company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, inventory levels, and customer interactions, and prepare reports as required by the management team.
