In an Outside Sales Representative position, you will actively work with our current customer base by providing world-class pest control inspections and recommending the best pest solutions available. This is a great position to help you build your skills in sales and customer-facing service.

What to Expect
You will communicate clearly with customers about the services we offer, the best treatments for their pest concerns, and preventative measures.
You will spend most of your time engaging with local homeowners in a friendly and informative manner, explaining the benefits of Saela's pest control services, addressing questions or concerns, and tailoring your approach and services to the individual needs of each potential client.
You will be provided with warm active leads and referrals daily and will have additional opportunities to expand our customer base.
You will have monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Berthoud, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
Qualifications
Required:
- Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks are important to your success.
